Holly Faram (1913 – 1987)

Holly Faram (1913 – 1987) met John Willie as a model in the mid 1930’s, they married on Christmaseve in 1942. She was a model for his bondage art and photography for many years. He used photos from Holly, in bondage, for his magazine Bizarre as well.
In the appartment where John Willie and Holly lived there was a black and white photo of a naked woman tied to a tree, John Willie would smile and say ‘that’s the missus’

Around 1945-47, Coutts moved to New York City, while Holly chose to remain in Australia, however they remained married.
Holly died in 1983 at the age of 70.
